inexpensive and good location .house of litson is just at the back. ayala mall is just 5 mins walk

good location - near ayala mall . clean bed. good a/c.

stairs-no elevator, 100 pesos additional for extra hour - no free late check-out privilege , shower head is not clean -rusty and dirty, no working table in room, no wifi in room just in lobby. my room has no window . i stayed in room 15

I left 1 day early.

Its location only. Only.

1. Beds gave me back pain. - fix: buy quality beds. 2. Toilet door fell apart. - fix: get a maintenance manager if you already have one. Fire them. 3. No hot water on our first room then moved to another room with very minimal hotwater. -fix: either disclose on booking the you do not have hot water or get new hot water system. 4. Very frustrating wifi. It will test your patience. -fix: invest on a better wifi router. Do not use the home based routers on a hotel building. 5. The staff seem to think repeating their favorite love song over and over and over again is good for the guest. -: staff need to buy headphones. 6. Did i say they play thier songs really loud. Over and over again and sing all through it? -: fix: staff need to be professional and take thier job seriously. 7. T.V. no working channels or very unstable. -fix: attach a google chrome to every tv for the guest to use. Get with the times. 8. One electrical outlet. -fix: get an electrician to to install atleast 2 more outlets per room. 9. Low lighting. -fix: get higher cadella rated bulbs. Get led versions the are expensive but last longer. 10. Fix every issue listed here

Great location, great value.

Tiny rooms that were fully equipped with AC, TV, cable, WiFi, shower, toilet and hot water. Good value for the money.

Location, short walk to Ayala mall.

Too small room with no sockets to plug your gadgets and exhaust fan in toilet is not working.

Clean and good staff

No electrical sockets. Non functioning exhaust fan in toilet but other rooms have them. I missed one night to work because no place to plug my laptop and I was advised to work at the reception area. I should have gone to a coffee shop if that's the case.

It's very close to ayala,and everything like restaurants and laundry station. And it's very affordable..

Not enough space, and no vintalation in the toilet, and no hot water in my room.

My stay at the hotel was fair enough (leaning towards the downside).

The location of the hotel and the great staff were the only plus points. The pillows were very comfy as well.

There were no chairs in the room. There were no cabinets in the room. There were no windows. There were no complimentary bottled waters. Me & my wife stayed for five (5) nights and I had to ask for new towels and toiletries everyday.

Good location

Not near to any fastood chain where we could buy our breakfast. We ended up buying at 7-11. The only one nearest to d hotel. No Cabinet to put bags.

Good for a quick stop. Exactly what you might need for very quick, cheap, overnight stay.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything around you. Noisy as near the highway. It was fine...not great.

None at all!

I was so disappointed. Not worthy for the rate of 1800. No toothbrush, very low wifi, no table in the room and a lot more. WILL NEVER COME BACK IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Not bad

Unfortunately, I was not able to check in on time (2pm) since the key card system had a problem so we cannot use the room since there will be no electricity without the key card. Had to wait for the IT who knows how to reset the key card system. Was able to enter the room at (4pm). You also cannot request for same day change of towels.
